   Borrower. The needed cost will get deducted from escrow
   and returned at closing.
* Correspondent to lender will notify borrower of total cost

* Escrow is triggered once reports and reviews have been

Protocol:
* After review of Borrowers Project by the Correspondent
   to the Lender we will issue the Borrower a NCND and after
   NCND is signed we will issue escrow instructions to move
   forward with the funding process.
* Borrower will receive the Commitment letter after Escrow
   has been opened and the Project Insurance deposit is in escrow.
* Escrow company of your choice.
* Borrower forwards to Escrow Project Insurance deposit
* Lender issues Firm Commitment Letter.
* Lender and Borrower speak.
* Borrower signs the Firm Commitment Letter from Lender.
* Funding process starts reports and reviews are ordered by
   Lender in-house so that your project gets approved.
 
  This program is only for serious Investors, developers,
   Principals, with liquid cash ready to get funded.

 
 TIME FRAME TO FUND:

* NEW Construction 30-45 banking days first draw
* Acquisition and RE financing 45-60 banking days
